customer service and efficiency, and hence mobilize manpower for more important
objectives like reducing NPA, implementing new financial products, opening new

The flexibility and scalability features of "infinio" make it easy to customize the
product according to customer’s requirement. It operates in a client-server
environment using the latest GUI features, thus making it easy to handle and learn.
The software operates in a LAN environment and can be configured with most of
the present day’s operating and database systems. The product is modular in

Silent Features and Scope of Parameterization:
Auto generated customer ID concept i.e., a client is registered with the bank as a
customer first after scanning for similar names and all details viz. Guardian’s Name,
Address etc. of the customer captured at a single point. Opening of any type of
account viz. deposit, loan etc. requires customer number. This feature provides
control over a customer’s financial position with the bank.
